- EPM is a Project and Construction Management firm founded in Cairo, Egypt in 1987. It is one of the very first few local firms specialized in Project Management.

- With the experience gained in the field over the past 15 years, EPM has acquired a reputation of delivering PM services with high standard for companies of public sector, private sector and foreign companies working in Egypt, then the office activities extended to cover some projects in the middle east.

- Due to the experience gained, EPM was the first Egyptian firm to be certified as a Project Management Consultancy firm by the Egyptian Syndicate of Engineers (attached syndicate consulting office certification).

- Currently, EPM employs 20 staff in the main office and 50 staff on site in different running projects. EPM is managed by a group of highly skilled and experienced engineers who have international experience in the field. Almost all of EPM management are:

• Project Management Consultants certified as such by the Egyptian Syndicate of Engineers.
  
• Project Management Professionals (PMPs) as certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI) of the USA.

- EPM has computerized reporting system for project management to manage its projects, the system was based on certified system of PMI and was modified to fit Egyptian market.

- EPM employs the latest techniques, software, and computer technology in its consultancy assignments.We use the following software:

• PRIMAVERA for Program Management.
• Expedition for Contract Control.
• MONTE CARLO for Risk Management.
• CLAIM DIGGER for Claim Analysis.

All PM software is installed into our PC's for the individual use of EPM staff and into the 10 computers LAN in our computer lab + 10 indevidual computers + 20 computers in the company sites.

- EPM has a long experience in managing different types of projects where services of varying nature were provided, such as resident & commercial buildings, hotel & hospitality projects, industrial projects, industrial buildings, these projects sum up in total to more than LE 2000 Million as shown in the following table and histogram.

- The company has several relationships with international specialists. and International consulting companies in the field in addition to international project management software companies.
