THE PROJECT: The SIIC of Egypt won the contract of providing plants, machinery, process engineering and supervision of erection for five sugar cane factories in Iran. EPM was commissioned by the SIIC through a selective call for tender to provide the project management services of the fabrication, manufacture and shipping parts of the project.   OUR SERVICES: - Design Management - Management of Material Procurement. - Project planning and control including time and cost control. - Contract administration and control of the local and foreign suppliers and contractors.  - For local components fabricated in Egypt, EPM managed the production, supply and shipment processes. - Management of the Machines assembly process and shipment operations. - Progress reporting.
